Account Access

DataMotion SecureMail requires proper authentication before granting you permission to use the system.  Based on your login credentials, the system will then provide you with access to your account.

Login to your account

  1. Access the DataMotion SecureMail login screen through your web browser.

    The web URL for this login can be obtained from:
    • A "message waiting" email with an embedded web login link
    • A "welcome message" with embedded web login link when your account was created by your administrator
    • A web URL that your administrator provided to you

  2. Type your DataMotion SecureMail User ID or email address in the User ID field.
  3. Type your password in the password field.
  4. Click on the "Enter" button to login to the system.

If you cannot login to the system, click the "HERE" link in "Click HERE to reset your password."

Single Sign On

If your email happens to be either linked to your Apple ID, Office 365, or Google account, you may select one of the options near the bottom of the Login page. Upon clicking on one of these 3rd party options. Upon selection you will be directed to that 3rd party's login page and asked to sign in to your account to proceed. Please note that if you are already signed into the account of your choosing in the web browser, the login process may differ depending on the 3rd party service.
