Forgot Your Password

DataMotion SecureMail provides a way for you to login to your account if you forget your password.  To accomplish this, you will need access to the email address associated with your DataMotion SecureMail account.  Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

1. Access the DataMotion SecureMail login screen through your web browser.
2. Click the HERE link beneath "Not sure what your password is?"
3. Type in the email address associated with your DataMotion SecureMail account.
4. An email message will be sent to you with an embedded web link.  Follow the instructions in this email message to reset your password and gain access to your account.
