User profile information can be accessed from the Member Center by clicking the User Information link. The information includes the following:
Login ID:
Choose a User ID or nickname that you will use when logging into the system. Since this ID must be unique to all users that login to the system, on heavily utilized systems, you may have to try a few times before the system accepts your choice. If this field is left blank, you will login using your email address (below).
First Name:
Type in your first name as it should appear in email messages sent in your name.
Last Name:
Provide your last name as it should appear in email messages sent in your name.
Email Address:
This is the email address associated with your account. DataMotion SecureMail sends messages using this email address. It does not provide a new email address such as widgets@datamotion.com. If your email address changes, or you would like to link a different email address to your DataMotion SecureMail account, type in this address in the Email Address field. Before the change can take effect, the system will send a verification message by email to the newly specified address. You must click on the embedded link in the email message before the new email address will take effect.
Password Management:
Click the Change Password link next to this heading to access the Change Password screen.
Current Password:
Type in your current password for verification.
New Password:
Type in the new password of your choice. The new password must meet the requirements that are displayed under the Minimum Requirements heading on the right of the screen.
Verify New Password:
Re-enter the password that you just typed in the New Password text field.
Score:
This percentage bar tells you how strong your password is from 0 to 100 percent.
Complexity:
This section tells you in words how strong your password is.
Minimum Requirements
When your password meets the requirements that are displayed under this section on screen, click the Save button to confirm your password change.
Opt In
If you check this box DataMotion will send you offers and notices about DataMotion products. DataMotion will never sell or provide your account information to any other organization.
